Metal oxide filled silicone oil compound
YG6260 is a metal oxide filled silicone oil compound designed to provide superior thermal conductivity. This combination of high purity fillers and silicones results in asmooth, homogeneous, thermally conductive dielectric compound. YG6260 has virtually no oil separation or high temperature weight loss.
